Rob Wenthold
Director
Mr. Wenthold develops reimbursement planning and implementation strategies for clients with novel and early stage biopharmaceutical and medical device technologies. He works closely with product development teams to first assess, and then demonstrate and communicate, the evidence-based value propositions necessary to facilitate product adoption. He collaborates with public and private payer policy decision makers, physicians, hospital buyers, and other industry stakeholders to identify and mitigate potential reimbursement barriers. In additional to having in-depth knowledge of the US coverage, coding, and payment environments he also has experience in major O-US markets and currently manages Boston Healthcare’s European operations. Mr. Wenthold has over 11 years of health care consulting experience. Prior to joining Boston Healthcare Associates, he was a Senior Associate at Covance where he performed economic market analyses in the biopharmaceutical industry. Mr. Wenthold holds an M.S. in Public Health from Tulane University and a B.S. in Biology from James Madison University.
