Vice President – Europe
Dr. Miltenburger is Vice President of Boston Healthcare Associates International GmbH and leads the firm’s activities in Europe out of the Berlin office. Dr. Miltenburger brings over 25 years of experience in the health care industry and has held senior management positions in consultancy and multinational pharma and MedTech companies. She has successfully built and managed regional and global functions to deliver HEOR and market access programs for a broad range of indications and products. Dr. Miltenburger also has over 20 years of experience in PRO strategy and late phase evidence programs. Prior to joining Boston Healthcare, she was the Global HEOR Franchise Head Primary Care at Novartis and served as an independent market access consultant.
Dr. Miltenburger earned her PhD in Psychology from the Free University Berlin and completed a postgraduate program in health economics at the Health Economics Research Unit Aberdeen University. She continues her professional education in Design Thinking and Organizational Consultancy.
